The Republic P-47D-28 Thunderbolt (Also Known as the Jug by the pilots that flew it.) is an American Rank 3 Fighter / Bomber. Very similar to the P-47D-25 which players have to research first to get to this plane
Ingame Tactics and Uses
Wielding the same immense firepower as the P-47D-25, similar tactics should be used. Speed is your advantage, this plane is faster than any plane in or under its tier/rank. "Boom n Zoom" tactics should be used. A great ground strike plane, able to carry up to 2 1000 pound bombs and 10 HVAR rockets. The 8 mgs can devastate pillboxes.
